Posizione

Axpo Italia S.p.A. is looking for an ATL, Media & Brand Manager with a proven background and solid experience in the role within international and structured companies. The ATL, Media & Brand Manager will report to Chief Marketing Officer, with responsibilities on communication and media strategies/activities for both Axpo Italia and our New Digital Brand for domestic clients.

Professional Experience:

  • Coordinates Strategic Branding Activities focusing on Brand awareness and positioning for Corporate, B2B and B2C targets
  • Budget optimization for creation, development and execution of campaigns
  • Find new exciting contents and formats to engage customers with all media channels
  • Collaborate and maintain close relationship with sales and marketing to be aligned with business goals and maximise campaigns performance
  • Analyse and report campaign success through advertising tools and media agency
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and tone of voice across all activations through copy-writing and content creation efforts through agencies
  • Design activities that feel bespoke to each customer but scale to drive broad visibility and awareness
  • Creation of campaign contents for both ATL & BTL materials
  • Analyses and segments customer targets and defines
  • Defines Media Mix with a profound digital expertise
  • Manages advertising investment budget on different media above and below the line (TV, radio, press, web and mobile)
  • Defines and guides strategy and activities for Social Media Communications
  • Experience in building/reinforcing a consumer brand
  • Support to sales team territorial communication planning and materials

Requisiti

  • At least 8 years of experience in the role within international and structured companies
  • Strong leadership and management skills and expertise
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing timelines simultaneously
  • Advanced measurement tools experience such as DMP
  • Highly organized with a high quality standards expectations
  • Extensive experience of managing social brand channels
  • Open minded and up to date with latest trends
  • Exceptional creative skills, proactive and positive attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously and under deadline
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language
  • People management
